How do you choose the right size for your sleeping bag?

To know what size your child needs, you measure your baby from the shoulders to the feet. Add about 10 to 15 centimeters and you have the right size!

Important: Never buy your sleeping bag too big. If the neck or arm openings are too large, your baby can sink into the sleeping bag.

Choose a sleeping bag with the correct TOG value. TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. This value indicates how hot a substance/textile is and how much body heat the substance retains.

The higher the TOG value, the higher the heat and insulating rate of the fabric. If it is cold in the sleeping space, choose a sleeping bag with a higher tog figure. The TOG value ranges from 0 to 4 and only applies to room temperature, not for outside.
